Meeting 1 | Promoting a New Product (English for Business - Topic 4)

Hello everyone, good afternoon, best wishes to us all. Let me introduce Rifa from the marketing department of Mayora Indah, who is happy to be present at the food and beverage festival. Before that, I will introduce a little bit about what is Mayora Indah. Mayora Indah is a company engaged in food and beverage processing. Mayora has 6 Divisions each of which produce different but integrated products. The following divisions and products are: 

Biscuits Division 

Biscuits are crispy pastries, which are made from Gandum flour as a basic ingredient, with a low water content of less than 5% and other ingredients that go through the roasting process. This division produces products including: Roma, Danisa, Royal Choice, Better, Muuch Better , Slai O'Lai, Sari Gandum, Sari Gandum Sandwich, Coffeejoy and Chees'kress. 

Confectionery Division 

This division produces products including Kopiko, Kopiko Milko, Kopiko Cappuccino, Kis, Tamarin and Juizy Milk. Three decades ago, Mayora Indah made a breakthrough by launching "Kopiko" confectionery made from real sugar and coffee. Kopiko is a pioneer in the coffee candy variant with the tagline "Kopiko instead of coffee". 

Wafer Division 

Wafers are light snacks that have a light and crispy texture with several layers that make these snacks even more delicious. Wafer products produced by Mayora include Beng Beng, Beng Beng Maxx, Astor, Astor Skinny Roll, Roma Chocolate Wafer and Roma Zuperrr Cheese. 

Chocolate Division 

This division produces chocolate paste with the trademark Choki Choki. Choki choki itself offers a delicious and thick original chocolate flavor so that it can be eaten directly or can be combined with other snacks. 

Coffee Division 

This division produces processed drinks that can be served at any time. Products produced include: Torabika Duo, Torabika Duo Susu, Torabika Ginger Susu, Torabika Moka, Torabika 3 in One, Torabika Cappuccino, Kopiko Brown Coffee, Kopiko White Coffee and Kopiko White Mocca. 

Health Food Division 

In addition to light snacks, Mayora also issued healthy food products including: Cereal Energen, Oatmilk Energen and Energen Go Fruit. 

It so happened that our company launched a new product from the Biscuits Division, which is Sari Gandum Sandwich. Sari Gandum Sandwich is a biscuit made from wheat and milk content in the biscuits. The shape is somewhat different from other wheat biscuits, because this one is in the form of sandwich biscuits. One of them is Sari Gandum Chocolate Cream Flavor Sandwich, where two biscuits are piled with chocolate milk cream in the middle. This Sari Gandum Sandwich Biscuit is a Roma production biscuit. 

Roma Sari Gandum Sandwich Chocolate creates a truly delicious, savory and sweet taste that blends into the right seasoning.
