Rifa: Good Morning, welcome to Pradana Hotel. My name is Rifa how may i assist you?
Arin: Yes, Morning. My name is Arin. I would like to check in.
Rifa: Alright Ms. Arin, have you made a reservation before?
Arin: Yes I already reserve a room.
Rifa: Alright Ms. Arin, please wait a minute i will check the reservation.
Arin: Okay.
Rifa: Ms. Arin, i found your reservation. You will stay in our hotel for 2 nights and book a Deluxe Room. Is it correct?
Arin: Yes that's right.
*after a while*
Rifa: Alright Ms. Arin, your room is located on 10th floor. From lobby, you take the elevator and heading to 10th floor. After you exit from the elevator, take left and your room number is 1040.
Arin: Okay, can i ask for bellboy to escort me to my room?
Rifa: Sure Ms. Arin.
Arin: Thank you.
Rifa: Is there anything you need Ms.?
Arin: Yeah, can you explain about the facilities in this hotel?
Rifa: Yes of course. First, we have Ragoon Restaurant, it's located on 3rd floor. You will having breakfast at there. It started from 07.00 - 10.00 AM. Next we have Swimming Pool and Gym, it's located on 5th floor. And we have Tennis Court on 4th floor. You can also have a jog there.
Arin: Okay, thank you for the explanation. I will going to my room right now.
Rifa: Alright Ms. Arin, if you need assistance, do not hesitate to call us.
Arin: Thank you so much.
Rifa: You're welcome Ms. Arin, hope you have a nice stay. I will call the bellboy to escort you to your room.
*Ms.. Arin calling the receptionist*
Arin: Hello, this is guest from room 1040. Can i speak to Rifa?
Wahyu: Hello. She is on day off today. My name is Wahyu, if you need assistance you can also ask me. May i know your name Ms.?
Arin: Oh i see. Yes my name is Arin.
Wahyu: Alright Ms. Arin, is there anything you need?
Arin: Yeah. I want to complaint about the Gym facilities. This morning i want to use the treadmill. There's only one left because many person use the treadmill. So i use the only one left. When i starting the equipment, it's not working. I don’t know whether it’s broken or something else. And also that time there is no staff that can help me to solve the problem.
Wahyu: Alright Ms. Arin, first we would like to apologize for what happen to you. We will inform as soon as possible to the related department to fix the problem.
Arin: Yeah, thank you.

Rifa: Hello, Good Morning Ms. Arin. Is there anything we could help?
Arin: Hi Morning, i want to checkout today.
Rifa: Alright Ms, i will prepare the bill. Do you want to pay with cash or credit card?
Arin: Credit card
Rifa: Alright, may i borrow your card?
Arin: Sure, here.
Rifa: Please wait a minute.
Rifa: All done. Thank you so much for staying here Ms. Arin. If you don't mind, can you give us any advices to improve our services in this hotel?
Arin: Um.. the services the staff gives to me is very good. It's just for the facilities, yesterday i complaint about the Gym. That's all. I think it's better to provide a Gym staff to assist the guest who have a problem with the Gym equipment.

Arin: Yeah, besides that problem, i enjoy staying here.
